We  don't just love eating ramen, we love making  fresh ramen and serving it to the good people of Philadelphia. We make our ramen broth from scratch and spend a ridiculous amount of time sourcing the highest quality  ingredients (shout out to kotsuobushi and kombu) and then simmering that broth for days. 

We  take ramen serious and believe everyone deserves access to fresh quality food prepared  with care.
